RESOLUTION NO. 2026-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERCED, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE 2026 CITY OF MERCED
SALARY TABLE
WHEREAS, the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CaIPERS) code requires the City to have and maintain publicly adopted and posted Salary Tables; and,
WHEREAS, CaPERS requires the salary table to be updated to reflect changes to employee salaries that occur over time; and, WHEREAS, the California Code of Regulations Section 570.5 requires adoption by the governing body of the City of Merced Salary Table indicating the effective date and date of revision.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERCED DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, FIND, AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain documents entitled, "CITY OF MERCED SALARY TABLE" for the year 2026 attached hereto as Attachment A is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Merced at a regular meeting held on the day of 2026, by the following vote:
