RESOLUTION NO. SA-2026-
A RESOLUTION OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF MERCED, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING SIGNATURE OF SUCCESSOR
AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF MERCED CHECKS
THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF MERCED DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. In order to carry out her functions, M. Venus Rodriguez (Finance Officer) or, in her absence, Faye S. Law, (Acting Deputy Finance Officer) or, in his absence, Frank Quintero (Deputy Executive Director), or in his absence, D. Scott McBride (Executive Director) are hereby authorized to sign Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Merced ("Agency") checks and other documents evidencing payment of Agency funds on behalf of the Agency and to use a facsimile signature therefore.
SECTION 2. The banks, as designated depositories of the Agency, are hereby requested, authorized and directed to honor all checks, drafts or other orders for payment of money drawn in the name of the Agency on its accounts when bearing one of the signatures authorized by Section 1 of this Resolution.
SECTION 3. The Finance Officer is authorized to establish regulations consistent with this policy relating to the signing of checks or other documents evidencing payment of Agency.
SECTION 4. All other resolutions relating to the authority to sign checks and other documents evidencing payment of Agency funds on behalf of the Agency are hereby repealed.
