AUTHORITY/PARKING AUTHORITY/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF MERCED AND TO THE CITY CLERK:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the City Council/Public Financing and Economic Development Authority/Parking Authority/Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Merced is hereby called to be held on September 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chamber, Second Floor, 678 W. 18 th Street, Merced, California. The
legislative body shall provide the public with an opportunity to address the body on any item described in the notice [Government Code Section 54954.3(a)]. Comments can be made in person or emailed to [email protected] or telephonically at PublicComment.cityofmerced.gov
Said special meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting a Study Session at 4PM:
1. SUBJECT: Study Session in Review of the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Master Plan
Said special meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting a Closed Session at 5PM:
1. SUBJECT: CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS - Property: 692 and 710 W. 16th Street, Merced, CA APN 031-360-001 & -027; Agency Negotiators: D.
