NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT OF THE REGULAR CITY
COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY OF MILL VALLEY AND
CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the January 23, 2023 Regular City Council Meeting of the City Council of the City of Mill Valley was adjourned to a Regular Meeting on February 6, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. due to the lack of a quorum.
All items of business scheduled for the January 23, 2023 Regular City Council Meeting will be heard at the February 6, 2023 Regular City Council Meeting at 5:30 p.m. (except as continued below).
The following Public Hearing scheduled for January 23, 2023 will be continued as follows:
3. Hold a Public Hearing and Consideration of a Resolution Adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Public Steps, Lanes, and Paths 220 Project to Allow Development of a Pedestrian Path and Emergency Evacuation Route Between Woodbine Drive and Greenwood Way.
Recommended Action: Hold Public Hearing and adopt Resolution No. 23-___.
