Mayor Ann Schneider called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Mayor Ann Schneider, Vice Mayor Maurice Goodman, Councilmember Anders Fung, Angelina Cahalan and Gina Papan.

There was no public comment regarding closed session items, the City Council convened into Closed Session to consider:
1. Conference with Labor Negotiators pursuant to Government Code §54957.6 Agency Negotiator: Tom Williams, City Manager

2. Conference with Real Property Negotiators pursuant to Government Code §54956.8:
Negotiator: Tom Williams, City Manager, and Michael Conneran, Assistant City Attorney Property: Athletic Field Use, APN: 021-221-190, 024-074-170, 021-485-380, 025- 101-230, and 021-195-020
Party: Millbrae Elementary School District
