Pursuant to the Ralph M. Brown Act, THIS MEETING WAS HELD BOTH IN-PERSON and VIRTUALLY pursuant to limitations prescribed by State law. If a technical issue arises with Zoom or the phone dial-in option, the City Council meeting will continue unless the meeting is being held pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449 for elected officials.

Mayor Ann Schneider called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Mayor Ann Schneider, Councilmember Anders Fung, and Angelina Cahalan.

There was no public comment regarding closed session items, the City Council convened into Closed Session to consider:
Conference with Real Property Negotiators pursuant to Government Code $54956.8:

Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Lease of Property Vice Mayor Maurice Goodman and Councilmember Gina Papan joined the Closed Session.
