CALL TO ORDER MILLBRAE CITY COUNCIL Video Time: 00:37
Mayor Ann Schneider called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.
ROLL CALL: Mayor Ann Schneider, Vice Mayor Maurice Goodman, Councilmember Anders Fung, and Angelina Cahalan.
Councilmember Gina Papan joined the meeting at 10:06 a.m.

Strategic Initiatives, Objectives and Goals
1) Introduction and opening exercise
Senior Associate Kathy Citron of The Consulting Team, LLC facilitated the meeting.
City Manager Tom Williams presented the Fiscal Year (FY) 22-23 Goals and Accomplishments.
2) Review responses to the questionnaire
Facilitator Citron reviewed the Council responses to the questionnaire. 3) 2023 Goals
Council reviewed and discussed the Strategic Initiatives (SI).
There was no public comment regarding SI 1 - Define the Millbrae Community of Tomorrow/Built Environment.
The following members of the public spoke on SI 2 - Sustainable City/Infrastructure Investment:

City of Millbrae Mission Statement: "Enhancing the quality of life in our shared community, providing great services, encouraging community engagement, fostering economic growth, and embracing cultural diversity in a safe environment." 295

Motion by Goodman/Fung to continue the goal setting meeting to Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Motion carried 5-0 by roll call vote.
