Mayor Ann Schneider called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Mayor Ann Schneider, Vice Mayor Maurice Goodman, Councilmember Angelina Cahalan.

Councilmember Gina Papan joined the meeting at 5:09 p.m.

Continuation of May 6, 2023 Meeting on Strategic Initiatives, Objectives and Goals ) 1) 2023/24 Goals Setting Continuation
Senior Associate Kathy Citron of The Consulting Team, LIC facilitated the meeting and reviewed Strategic Initiatives (SI) 4 through 6.
Councilmember Papan stated for the record that the City has implemented multilingual access to government meetings.
Councilmember Anders Fung joined the meeting at 5:50 p.m.
There was no public comment regarding SI 4 - City Government & Organizational Success.
The following member of the public spoke on SI 5 - Fiscal Sustainability/Economic Development:

City Manager Williams stated for the record that the downtown paid parking, parking in-lieu fee, and metering strategy are in progress.

Motion by Cahalan/Fung to continue the goal-setting meeting to Friday, May 12, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Motion carried 5-0 by roll call vote.
