Mayor Ann Schneider called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m.
ROLL CALL: Mayor Ann Schneider, Vice Mayor Goodman, Councilmembers Angelina Cahalan and Anders Fung.
Councilmember Gina Papan was excused.
