The meeting commenced at 6:12 p.m.
Mayor Anders Fung, Vice Mayor Reuben D. Holober, Councilmembers Stephen Rainaldi, Sissy Riley, and Bob Nguyen were present.
STATE OF THE CITY
Mayor Anders Fung presented the State of the City Address.
