NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Milpitas City Council will be held at 10:45 a.m. on July 7, 2022, in the Committee Meeting Room at City Hall, 455 E. Calaveras Blvd., Milpitas.

1. Federal Community Project Funding Request: Carbon Neutral Homes Incentive Program As part of the 2023 Federal Community Project Funding process, the City of Milpitas submitted a $3 million funding request for the Carbon Neutral Home Incentives Program, with support from the office of Congressman Ro Khanna.
Staff from Public Works Department and Silicon Valley Clean Energy will provide an overview of the proposed Carbon Neutral Home Incentives Program.

Those interested are invited to address the City Council on the agenda item listed above only. Speakers may state their name and city of residence for the record, and limit spoken remarks to three minutes, or less, at the discretion of the Mayor.
