The City Council of the City of Milpitas convened for a Special City Council meeting on July 11, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. via teleconference/Zoom webinar.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER by Mayor and ROLL CALL by City Clerk Mayor Tran called the Special City Council meeting to order at 6:37 PM. Roll Call was taken by Assistant City Manager Kantak.
PRESENT: Mayor Tran and Vice Mayor Montano, Councilmembers Chua, Dominguez, and Phan ABSENT: None
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Tran.
PUBLIC FORUM
There were no speakers.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST
City Attorney Mutalipassi asked the Mayor and City Councilmembers if they had any personal conflicts of interest. By roll call, there were no conflicts of interest.
READING OF THE CITY COUNCIL CODE OF CONDUCT
Mayor Tran read the Code of Conduct.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Motion: to approve the July 11, 2022, Special Meeting Agenda.

Mayor Tran, Vice Mayor Montano, and Councilmember Dominguez returned to the open session at approximately 8:06 PM.
Mayor Tran stated there was no reportable action for item A.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Tran adjourned the meeting at 8:07 PM.
