Consider approving the award of bid and Agreement for Fire Safety System Services to The BGR Group, Santa Clara, CA for a two-year Agreement with three one-year extension options, for an annual estimated cost for the first year of $292,370 and a total amount not to exceed $1,024,091 over five years, with any new site additions, removals, or substantive service changes to be authorized by the Director of Finance or her designee and forwarding to Council for approval. Consider approving the Sole Source Purchase Agreement with Xylem Water Solutions, Charlotte, NC, for the procurement of Ultraviolet (UV) lamps and parts for an estimated annual amount of $50,000 and a total amount not to exceed $250,000 over five years, and authorizing the Director of Finance, or her designee, the ability to add parts based on the Department’s needs, ensuring the total amount does not exceed the authorized total, and forwarding to Council for approval. (Funding Source: Wastewater Fund)
