Absent: Councilmember Wright
Also Present: Alternates Councilmembers Escutia-Braaton and Ricci (arrived 11:01a.m.)

CONSENT ITEMS – ROLL CALL VOTE REQUIRED: No Consent Items Councilmember Escutia-Braaton joined the meeting as an alternate for Wright.
Councilmember Ricci joined the meeting as an alternate at 11:01 a.m.
Councilmember Kenoyer joined the meeting at 11:05a.m. and assumed her voting position.
Councilmember Ricci relegated himself back as an alternate upon the arrival of Councilmember Kenoyer at 11:05a.m.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Consider approving the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Single Audit Report for the City of Modesto from external auditors Hudson Henderson & Company, Inc., and forwarding to Council for approval. (Funding Source: Not Applicable) FINANCE DEPARTMENT; Maria Garnica, 209-577-5249,
