Consider accepting the resignation of Tim Fisher from the Modesto Convention and Visitors Bureau’s Board of Directors and recommending the appointment of a replacement for the remainder of his two-year term; the reappointment of Rodney Cordova and Bert Tabriz for a third and final term; the appointment of new members to fill two additional vacancies for two-year terms; and forwarding to Council for approval. (Funding Source: Not Applicable)
