PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
Mary Santos spoke about the bill regarding lifting the ban cruising. She provided an update on the progression of the bill.
Ramon Rodriguez stated that this year is the 50th anniversary of American Graffiti and he thinks that Modesto should lift the ban on cruising. Lifting the ban will cut down on illegal activity and side shows.
Jenny Kenoyer spoke about the ACE train and voiced her concerns that it will not be here until 2026. She thinks the City needs to find out why this happened. She was under the impression that they were waiting for the tracks to be put in and that project had started.
She thinks the citizens of Modesto deserve to know why it went from 2023 to 2026.
