(Funding Source: Various Community Facilities Districts and Developer Deposits) Motion recommending a Second Amendment to an Agreement with Harris & Associates to provide Community Facilities Districts Engineering Services, increasing the Agreement amount by $100,000 from $250,000 to a revised amount not to exceed $350,000 and forwarding to Council for approval.

Consider the First Amendment for On-Call Plumbing Services with Champion Industrial Contractors, Inc., Modesto, CA to a revised total amount of $432,370 through the Term of the Agreement and forwarding to Council for approval. (Funding Source: General Fund, Utility Funds, Centre Plaza, Golf Fund and Building Services Fund)
Motion recommending the First Amendment for On-Call Plumbing Services with Champion Industrial Contractors, Inc., Modesto, CA to increase the Agreement amount by $86,250 to a revised total amount of $432,370 through the Term of the Agreement, extending the Term Date from November 6, 2023, to May 5, 2024, and forwarding to Council for approval.
