1. Consider a Change in Ownership request for Retail Cannabis Dispensary CR and D Inc. and forwarding to Council for approval. (Funding Source: Cannabis Annual Permit Fee)
Motion recommending the approval of the Change in Ownership request for Retail Dispensary CR and D Inc. resulting in Carolina Fernandez acquiring eighty percent (80%) of CR and D Inc. and forwarding to Council for approval.
