Consider an Engineering Services Agreement with O’Dell Engineering, of Modesto, CA, for the Sonoma Sewer Trunk Phase 4b Project in an amount not to exceed $80,300 and forwarding to Council for approval. (Funding Source: Wastewater Fund) Motion recommending an Engineering Services Agreement with O’Dell Engineering, of Modesto, CA, for the Sonoma Sewer Trunk Phase 4b Project in the amount of $73,000, plus $7,300 in additional services, if needed, for a total amount not to exceed $80,300 and forwarding to Council for approval. Motion recommending amending the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program Budget in the amount of $2,005,300 to be transferred into the Project from Wastewater Reserves to fund the Sonoma Sewer Trunk Phase 4b Project and forwarding to Council for approval.

Motion recommending the Award of Bid and Agreement for the Purchase of Variable Frequency Drive Units to Wille Electric Supply Company, Inc. of Modesto, CA, for a two-year Agreement with three one-year extension options, for an estimated annual amount of $150,000 and a total amount not to exceed $796,515 over five years and forwarding to Council for approval.

(Funding Source: Water Fund) Motion recommending the Sole Source Agreement with Eagle Aerial Solutions, LLC, of Irvine, CA for the WaterView SaaS for a five-year Agreement, for an initial cost of $134,600 and an estimated annual amount of $90,100, for a total amount not to exceed $495,000 over five years; and forwarding to Council for approval.
