Members of the public who wish to address the Committee, by providing public comment, during the meeting must do so in-person in the 2001-40 Del Puerto Room. As an alternative, members of the public may also provide written public comment submitted via email as indicated in the Submitting Comments by Email instructions on this agenda. (Funding Source: Cannabis Business Permit Application Fee) Resolution approving a commercial cannabis distribution Type 11 permit for Que Tees, LLC, located at 1127 Kansas Ave, Suite 47 for a two year period ending June 30, 2026, with appropriate conditions.
Resolution approving a commercial cannabis cultivation Type 1-C permit for Power High 99, LLC located at 1127 Kansas Ave, Suite 52 for a two year period ending June 30, 2026, with appropriate conditions. Resolution approving a commercial cannabis microbusiness Type 12 permit for Modesto’s Finest, LLC, located at 1006 Lone Palm Ave for a two year period ending June 30, 2026, with appropriate conditions.
