PUBLIC COMMENT IN PERSON
Juan Telles, a resident of West Modesto, advocates for Modesto to become a zerowaste city and supports the integration of crypto and blockchain. He also emphasizes the need for city documents to be translated into Spanish for better accessibility.
Additionally, he calls for more investment in bike paths to encourage outdoor activity and funding for the Tuolumne River’s development.
