Consider the Plans and Specifications for the Downtown Signal Coordination G Street and H Street, CML 5059(261) Project, accepting the Bid, and Awarding a Contract to Bear Electrical Solutions, LLC of Alviso, CA in the amount of $1,176,085, and a twenty percent contingency amount of $235,217 for a total amount not to exceed $1,411,302, and forwarding to Council for approval. (Funding Source: Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality and Measure L Funds)
