(Funding Source: Water Fund) Motion recommending an Engineering Services Agreement with West Yost Associates, of Sacramento, CA for the 2025 Joint Urban Water Management Plan and Water Conservation Plan Update in the amount of $180,455, plus $18,046 in Additional Services, if needed, for an Agreement total amount not to exceed $198,501 and forwarding to Council for approval.
