Motion recommending granting two non-exclusive easements to Modesto Irrigation District for electrical utility access on a portion of César E. Chavez Park (APN 103-018-001) and forwarding to Council for approval.

Chavez Park (APN 103-018-001) and forwarding to Council for approval.

Consider the First Amendment to the Lease Agreement between Beard Land Improvement Company of Modesto, Ca and the City of Modesto for the Lease of the Modesto Fire Department Administration Building located at 409 12th Street, Modesto, Ca, extending the term of the agreement to March 31, 2029, increasing the Agreement amount by $706,074 to a new estimated total amount not to exceed $1,196,790, and forwarding to Council for approval. (Funding Source: General Fund) Motion recommending the First Amendment to the Lease Agreement with Beard Land Improvement Company of Modesto, Ca and the City of Modesto for the Lease of the Modesto Fire Department Administration Building located at 409 12th Street, Modesto, Ca, extending the term of the agreement to March 31, 2033, increasing the Agreement amount by $706,074 to a new estimated total amount not to exceed $1,196,790 and forwarding to Council for approval.
