PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
• Elizabeth and Joel Sandoval recently learned of a planned cell tower at 1535 Ohio Avenue and object due to lack of notice and the owner not living on-site. They raise concerns about proximity to homes and potential radio frequency exposure, and request review and action from officials.
• Erica Guerrero stated that she supports the Sandoval family, who oppose the proposed 5G tower near their property due to concerns about its impact on their environment and lifestyle. She noted they did not receive notice of the project and requested that city officials review the situation and work with residents to address their concerns.

City Manager Joe Lopez clarified that the matter regarding the 5G cell tower falls under County jurisdiction rather than the City. He stated the City would forward the information to the appropriate County agencies for follow-up.
• Kevin McLarty reported that a “no left turn” sign on J Street near Needham is poorly positioned and confusing for drivers. He requested review of the signage and suggested a left-turn signal as a possible solution.

She emphasized the need for community involvement in the decision, noting the property owner does not live on-site.
