MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
MONROVIA CITY COUNCIL
WEDNESDAY, MAY 6, 2026, 11:00 A.M.
CONVENE: Mayor Becky A. Shevlin convened the Special Study Session of the Monrovia City Council on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 11:05 a.m., to discuss the City’s All America Application and Finalist status, and to give staff direction on next steps. All members were present, with the exception of Councilmember Dr. Kelly, who was excused. In attendance was City Manager Dylan Feik and City Staff.
