I. CALL TO ORDER: @ 6:30 PM
II. ROLL CALL: Vela, Murakami, Dooley and Jackson present.
III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
IV. PUBLIC COMMENTS: “As a special meeting, public participation is limited only to those items listed on the agenda. If your comments are not related to a matter listed on this agenda, please address the City Council at the next regular meeting. The City Council has the right to reasonably limit the duration of each speaker to three minutes. Speakers may not cede their time.” No public comment.
V. AGENDA APPROVAL: Approved as presented. Motion made by Jackson. Seconded by Dooley.

VI. NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discussion of approval of preliminary budget for 26/27. Approved as presented. Motion made by Vela, Seconded by Dooley. All Ayes.
2. Discussion possible action to approve/sign new carnival license agreement with Wold Amusements.
