CITY COUNCIL HELD ON MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2026, AT
6:01 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 5111 BENITO

I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Dutrey called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

IV. PRESENTATION
A. Community Activities Commission Presentation of 2026 Volunteer Recognition Awards
Community Activities Commission Chair Rosa Rangel recognized volunteers for their dedication to volunteerism with non–profits and City programs that benefit the Montclair community.

All volunteers were presented with plaques from the City and Certificates of Recognition from the offices of San Bernardino County Fourth District Supervisor Curt Hagman, California
Assemblymember Michelle Rodriguez, Senator Susan Rubio, and U.S. Representative Norma Torres.
Supervisor Hagman presented Mayor Dutrey with a plaque and congratulated the City on its 70th Anniversary.
