At approximately 7:02 p.m., Mayor Ellahie called the meeting to order.

NEW BUSINESS
1. Consider and Adopt Resolution Extending Teleconferencing of City Council Meetings Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953 (AB361) RESOLUTION NO. 22-3846 MOTION: Motion by Mayor Pro Tempore Mekechuk to approve the Consent Calendar. Seconded by Councilmember Turner.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. (5-0-0)
2. Annual Council Goal Setting Session for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 The Council held extensive discussion on the Council’s goals, roles, values, and vision for the upcoming fiscal year. By consensus, the City Council agreed on the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Council Goals, its Role, Value and Vision.
