MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
At approximately 8:55 p.m., Mayor Mekechuk called the meeting to order.

Present: Councilmember Craig, Councilmember Ellahie, Councilmember Turner, Vice Mayor Wolsheimer Mayor Mekechuk
Absent: None
Staff Present: City Manager Leonardis, City Attorney Rudin, City Planner Perkins, and City Clerk Gonzalez-Langarica

NEW BUSINESS
1. Consider and Approve the Agreement between the City of Monte Sereno and Kohlsaat & Associates, Inc.to Perform Architectural Services
City Manager Leonardis provided a staff report.
Gary Kohlsaat provided more information to City Manager Leonardis and was available for questions.

Discussion commenced with regards to the report.
MOTION: Motion by Councilmember Ellahie to Approve the Agreement between the City of Monte Sereno and Kohlsaat & Associates, Inc.to Perform Architectural Services. Seconded by Councilmember Craig.
VOTE: Motion passed. (5-0-0)
