MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
At 9:40 a.m., Mayor Mekechuk called the meeting to order.
Councilmember Turner stated that she was participating at this morning’s meeting remotely under Emergency Circumstance.
By unanimous vote the Council approved Councilmember Turner to participate in the meeting remotely under Emergency Circumstance.

NEW BUSINESS
1. Annual Council Goal Setting Session for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 City Manager Leonardis provided a PowerPoint presentation.
The Council held extensive discussion on the strategic goals and objectives for the upcoming fiscal year.
City Council direct City Manager Leonardis to bring back a draft of the strategic goals and objectives for Fiscal Year 2023-24 to be adopted at a future meeting.
