MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
At 7:10 p.m., Mayor Mekechuk called the meeting to order.

Mayor Mekechuk opened the item for Public Comment.
With no one wishing to speak, Mayor Mekechuk closed Public Comment.
City Council adjourned to Closed Session at approximately 7:13 p.m.

REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN DURING CLOSED SESSION
For Item #1 Mayor Mekechuk stated there was no reportable action.
For Item #2 Mayor Mekechuk reported that City Attorney Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP had resigned. The City Council has authorized Mayor Mekechuk to negotiate an agreement with a new City Attorney.
