MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
At approximately 6:01 p.m., Mayor Mekechuk called the meeting to order.

ROLL CALL

Present: Councilmember Craig, Councilmember Ellahie, Councilmember Turner, Vice Mayor Wolsheimer and Mayor Mekechuk
Commissioner Connelly, Commissioner White, and Chair Zeidler

Absent: Commissioner Balasubramanian and Commissioner Srivastava Staff: City Manager Leonardis, City Attorney Powell, City Planner Perkins and City Clerk Gonzalez-Langarica

NEW BUSINESS

1. Provide Direction to Staff on SB9 Ordinance Modifications City Planner Perkins provided a staff report and answered questions from the Commission and Council.

Discussion commenced.

Mayor Mekechuk opened the item for Public Comment.

Staff was directed to look into proportionate development, potency requirement, slope density, an objective standard for non-conforming lots, trees, and resident Jeans recommendations.
