MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
At 6:00 p.m., Mayor Mekechuk called the meeting to order.

Present – Chambers: Councilmember Turner, Councilmember Craig, Councilmember Ellahie, Vice Mayor Wolsheimer and Mayor Mekechuk
Absent: None
Staff: City Planner Perkins, City Clerk Gonzalez-Langarica, City Manager Leonardis and City Attorney Powell
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. Provide Direction to Staff on SB9 Ordinance Modifications City Planner Perkins provided a staff report and answered questions from the Council.
City Attorney Powell assisted with answering questions from the Council.
Mayor Mekechuk opened the item for Public Comment.

With no one else wishing to speak, Mayor Mekechuk closed Public Comment.

into the ability to include something on the deed and the affidavit as a default. Other than that, Council like the proposals presented.
