At 7:07 p.m., Mayor Wolsheimer called the meeting to order.

Present – Remote: Councilmember Ellahie (Arrived 7:09 PM)
Absent: None
Staff: City Clerk Gonzalez-Langarica and City Attorney Powell
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Wolsheimer opened the item for Public Comment. With no one wishing to speak, Public Comment was closed. The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at approximately 7:08 p.m.
