MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
At 6:31 p.m., Mayor Wolsheimer called the meeting to order.

Present – Chambers: Councilmember Ellahie, Councilmember Turner, Councilmember Mekechuk, Vice Mayor Craig and Mayor Wolsheimer
Present – Remote: None
Absent: None
Staff: City Clerk Gonzalez-Langarica, Interim City Manager Perkins and City Attorney Powell
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Wolsheimer opened the item for Public Comment. With no one wishing to speak, Public Comment was closed. The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at approximately 6:32 p.m.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
1. Potential Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b): One Case Staff present- City Attorney and Interim City Manager
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened to Open Session at approximately 7:05 p.m. with Mayor Wolsheimer, Vice Mayor Craig, Councilmember Mekechuk, Councilmember Turner and Councilmember Ellahie.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Mayor Wolsheimer stated that there were no reportable actions.
