MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
At 5:32 p.m., Mayor Craig called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
Present – Chambers: Councilmember Shannon, Councilmember Wolsheimer, Councilmember Mekechuk, Vice Mayor Ellahie and Mayor Craig Present – Remote: None
Absent: None
Staff: City Clerk Gonzalez-Langarica, Interim City Manager/City Planner Perkins and City Attorney Powell
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Craig opened the item for Public Comment. With no one wishing to speak, Public Comment was closed. The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at approximately 5:34 p.m.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
1. LIABILITY CLAIMS

Agency claimed against: City of Monte Sereno
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened to Open Session at approximately 6:04 p.m. with Mayor Craig, Vice Mayor Ellahie, Councilmember Mekechuk, Councilmember Wolsheimer and Councilmember Shannon.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Mayor Craig reported that the Council voted unanimously to reject the claim filed by Steve Leonardis.

NEW BUSINESS
2. Discuss Terms of a New Agreement for Law Enforcement Services between the City of Monte Sereno and the Town of Los Gatos.
Interim City Manager/City Planner Perkins provided a report and answered questions from the Council.
Mayor Craig opened the item for Public Comment. With no one wishing to speak, Mayor Craig closed Public Comment.
Chief of Police Field, Captain Alvin and Town Manager Constantin were present to assist with answering questions from the Council.
Discussion ensued.
Staff was given direction. Item is to be brought back at the April 15, 2025, City Council meeting.

The meeting of the Special City Council Meeting adjourned at approximately 7:05 p.m.
