MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
At 2:10 p.m., Mayor Craig called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
Present – Chambers: Councilmember Shannon, Councilmember Allan and Mayor Craig Present – Remote: None
Absent: Councilmember Mekechuk and Vice Mayor Ellahie
Staff: Management Analyst Planner Kwong, City Manager Perkins and City Attorney Powell
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Craig opened the item for Public Comment. With no one wishing to speak, Public Comment was closed. The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at approximately 2:11 p.m.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
1. Potential Litigation Pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9(b): One Case Staff present- Labor Counsel, City Attorney Powell and City Manager Perkins
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened to Open Session at approximately 2:53 p.m. with Mayor Craig, Councilmember Allan and Councilmember Shannon.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Mayor Craig stated that there were no reportable actions at this time.
ADJOURN
The meeting of the Special City Council Meeting adjourned at approximately 2:54 p.m.
