I have been a resident of Monte Sereno for 26 years. During that time I have lived in the same house.

I have had the opportunity to see the workings of the City from many angles and have attended a few meetings
and have made comments and expressed views. I dont propose that I have any unique ideas or transformative
views, however I have seen other people I know participate and do their part to help guide the city.

Monte Sereno is a small and unique city and members can have a big impact. We have to preserve
our unique culture and presence in the shadow of Los Gatos, while also working with them.

I have had my own finance company for 22 years before covid and now run my own Home Inspection business.

I have inspected thousands of homes in the last 5 years, working with home owners and real estate agents and feel
I possess a unique perspective that could be of value to the council.
