MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
At 6:30 p.m., Mayor Craig called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
Present – Chambers: Councilmember Toren, Councilmember Shannon, Councilmember Mekechuk (Arrived 6:47 PM) and Mayor Craig
Present – Remote: None
Absent: Vice Mayor Allan
Staff: City Clerk Gonzalez-Langarica, City Manager Perkins and City Attorney Powell
PUBLIC COMMUNICATION REGARDING CLOSED SESSION ITEMS
Mayor Craig opened the item for Public Comment. With no one wishing to speak, Public Comment was closed. The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at approximately 6:31 p.m.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
1. Potential Litigation Pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9(b): Two Cases Staff present- Labor Counsel, City Attorney Kirsten Powell and City Manager Diana Perkins
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
The City Council reconvened to Open Session at approximately 7:05 p.m. with Mayor Craig, Councilmember Toren, Councilmember Shannon and Councilmember Mekechuk.
CLOSED SESSION REPORT
Mayor Craig stated that there were no reportable actions at this time.
ADJOURN
