CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Cobos-Cawthorne called the meeting to order at 9:18 a.m.
ROLL CALL – Members present were Mayor Cobos -Cawthorne, Mayor Pro Tem Jimenez, Councilmember Torres, Councilmember Melendez, and Councilmember Peralta , including City Treasurer Gutierrez; City Clerk Jimenez was absent.
STAFF PRESENT – City Attorney Arnold Alvarez -Glasman, City Manager René Bobadilla, Assistant City Manager Arlene Salazar, Deputy City Clerk Alicia Fernandez, and Assistant to Deputy City Clerk Kimberly Guillen, including all Department Managers were present.

REGULAR BUSINESS
1. BUDGET STUDY SESSION
Director of Finance, Michael Solorza, presented a PowerPoint Presentation to the City Council and provided them with an overview of Public Sector Finance, the 5 Year Budg et Development Cycle, the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Budget Update, Reporting and Transparency, Budget Preparation Timeline for Fiscal Year 2022 -2023, the Strategic Plan 2021 -2023 Overview/Goals Progress, and was available to answer any questions.
Director of P ublic Work, James Enriquez, provided an overview of GIS Mapping to the City Council. Using the GIS Mapping system, Mr. Enriquez demonstrated the system to the City Council while focusing on City’s Sewers, Streets, and Sidewalk/Concrete.

ADJOURNMENT
Councilmember Peralta motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Councilmember Melendez. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 11:14 a.m.
