We, the concerned citizens, people, public, residents, taxpayers& voters trust that you, as our representatives, will do what we request and require: as soon as possible do what is necessary to keep most of the Golf Course as GREEN OPEN SPACE. This will promote public health, help fill the need for more parks and be a place for outdoor recreation which will provide contact with nature and relief from urbanization, enhance the quality of life and retention of property values of those who live near it, make the city more attractive and preserve an historically significant site in compliance with the stipulation made in the deed by the family which donated the land to the city for use in perpetuity as a PUBLIC GOLF COURSE.

We are eager, willing and able to work with you to achieve these goals as soon as possible! Respectfully submitted,

Good evening
Linda Nicklas address, on file, I am directing this question to the City Attorney. Would you tell me where on last meeting's agenda James and Kimberly Cawthorne, Anna Jurado and
myself were listed? You allowed two vicious emails to use the Council meeting as their platform to attack residents. I know you read and allowed those to be read, yet the man that complained about Torres stalking him you did not read.

The current legal troubles the city is facing could have been avoided had you given the legal advice your Million-dollar contract pays your law firm to provide. Ironic Torres always went around saying if he had the three votes, he would Fire you. But I can bet a deal was made you cover everything illegal he's causing, and you keep your contract. Such as putting on the Agenda the City Manager's evaluation, when he is on Workers Compensation, which is a violation of his rights. That is a waste of time you had the Deputy City Clerk spend time doing for nothing, other than Torres' fat ego.

I am not a coward like the two phonies that wrote those emails, when I wanted to voice my opinions, I come up and speak in person. At the last meeting four speakers were allowed to voice their opinions, yet both Torres and City Attorney stopped us, denying our First Amendment rights given to other speakers.

Thanks to you Torres, residents are so disgusted by your disrespect, I've had residents calling to join
Montebello Activist to Clean House 90640.

Yes, MATCH90640 is back, and we've contacted the ACLU and other agencies for assistance in correcting the illegal denial of our first Amendment rights and attacks towards residents, by this Council of 3. Videos don't lie and links have been sent and let me tell you people were appalled this is being allowed at City Council meetings.

This is the fifth week in a row you've called for meeting and next week is city council meeting again proving your
inconsideration for staff and residents.

In closing remember Al Copone did not go to prison because of being a mobster he went because he didn't pay his taxes, Follow the money.
