This meeting was held with a combination of in-person and teleconference attendance, pursuant to the Ralph M. Brown Act, Calif. Government Code section 54953(e)(1)(C) and Resolution No. 22-143 C.S.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Roberson called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m. with the full Council present as highlighted above. City Clerk Klein explained to the public how to participate in the meeting virtually.

5. Adopt a Resolution Dissolving the Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Monterey Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34187(b) (Exempt from CEQA Section 15061(b)(3)
Action: Adopted SA/RDA Resolution No. 867
City Manager Uslar gave a brief verbal report on the background of the Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency.
On a motion by Mayor Roberson, seconded by Councilmember Smith, and carried by the following vote, On a motion by Chair Clyde Roberson, seconded by Director Ed Smith, and carried by the following vote, the Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency adopted Resolution No. 867 dissolving the Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency:
