This special meeting was held as a virtual teleconference, pursuant to the Ralph M. Brown Act, Calif. Government Code section 54953(e)(1)(C) and Resolution No. 23-011 C.S. ***Afternoon Session Agenda ***
CALL TO ORDER
Vice Mayor Haffa called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. Administrative Assistant Tulett explained to the public how to participate in the meeting virtually. She called the roll with the Council present as highlighted above.
CONSENT ITEMS
Public comment on the Consent Item was not received. A brief verbal report was made on Item 1 by Public Works Director Renny, who answered Councilmembers’ questions.
On a motion by Councilmember Smith, seconded by Councilmember Garcia, and carried by the following vote, which was conducted by roll call, the City Council approved the CONSENT ITEM:

NOES: 0 COUNCILMEMBERS: (None)
ABSENT: 0 COUNCILMEMBERS: Barber, Williamson

1. Approve Purchase of Four (4) 2023 Ford Police Suv Interceptors in the Amount of $200,563.36 from Folsom Lake Ford and Increase the FY 2022-23 Budget in the Equipment Replacement Fund (Not a project under CEQA Article 20, Section 15378 and under General Rule Article 5, Section 15061)
Action: Adopted Resolution No. 23-021 C.S. (3-2, Councilmember Barber and Mayor Williamson absent)
