The City Council of the City of Monterey Park held a Special Community Meeting of the Council at Yoma Myanmar Restaurant, located at 713 East Garvey Avenue, in the City of Monterey Park, California 91755 on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
