The City Council of the City of Monterey Park held a Special Community Meeting of the Council at HiroNori Craft Ramen Restaurant 111 North Rural Drive, Monterey Park 91755, in the City of Monterey Park, California 91755 on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
