The City Council of the City of Monterey Park held a Special Community Meeting of the Council at Noodle City Restaurant, located at 848 East Garvey Avenue, Unit C in the City of Monterey Park, California 91755 on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
