The City Council of the City of Monterey Park held a Special Community Meeting of the Council at El Encanto located at 700 El Mercado Ave., Monterey Park 91754 on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
1. Call to Order
City Manager Alvarez called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Also Present: Assistant City Manager Diana Garcia, Director of Public Works Shawn Igoe, Police Chief Scott Wiese, Director of Finance Martha Garcia, Fire Battalion Chief Robert DeRosa, Finance Manager Laura Borjon, Recreation and Community Services Manager Christina Alatorre, Library Manager Linda Vera, Public Works Manager Xochitl Tipan.
