The City Council of the City of Monterey Park held a Special Community Meeting of the Council at the City Hall Community Room at 320 W. Newmark Ave., Monterey Park, CA 91754 on Saturday September 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
1. Call to Order
City Manager Alvarez called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.

City Manager Alvarez called the roll:
