The City Council of the City of Monterey Park held a Special Community Meeting of the Council at Litz Restaurant located at 201 E. Garvey Ave, Monterey Park, CA, 91755 on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
1. Call to Order
City Manager Alvarez called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
